By completing this form, you agree to give the artist creative freedom to interpret and execute your ideas.

Once you have completed the Questionnaire, scroll down and select "Book Now." Select the amount of hours you are estimating you would like to sit, and select a date and time that works for you. The artist will review questionnaire and accept the service and appointment date, or reach out to discuss/reschedule if necessary. 

If you are unsure of how many hours to book, fill out the Client Questionnaire and include that you need guidance on how many hours to book.

***There is a $150 non-refundable deposit. This deposit is lost unless you re-schedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This deposit is transferable one time to another date with 24 hour advance.***
